Authors who publish with Transcultural Theology and Global South (TTGS) retain the copyright of their work. Authors grant the journal the right of first publication.

All articles are published under an open-access license, which permits use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided that proper credit is given to the original author(s) and the source of publication.

Authors are permitted to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the work (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.
